- 4 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
How to make this homemade teriyaki sauce recipe:
Once you’ve minced your garlic, set it aside in a small bowl.
Start by adding your soy sauce into a large bowl.
Now add your Hoisin Sauce to the bowl.
Now add your brown sugar.
Now add your honey.
Now add your ground ginger.
Finally, add your minced garlic.
Stir everything well and make sure it is not clumpy.
Your sauce is now ready to use immediately or can be stored in the refrigerator for future use.
Note: If you find your sauce is too thick, you can add a cup of water and mix it in to thin out the sauce a bit.
